3. Booking & Payment

a) All sessions must be booked through our official website and prepaid via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay).

b) Booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

c) You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and birth details provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete.

4. Session Guidelines

a) You are expected to be available and present at the scheduled time of the session. No refunds will be issued for missed or no-show appointments.

b) Sessions may be recorded for your personal use upon request, but recordings are not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged.

c) Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior during the session will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

All such third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

5. Rescheduling Policy

a) You may request to reschedule a session up to two times, provided you do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.

b) No rescheduling is allowed within 4 hours of the session.
