Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Astro Mehak, we deeply value your time and the energy invested in each spiritual session. Our services are personalized, time-bound, and delivered with focused intent. As such, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness, protect preparation efforts, and ensure smooth scheduling for all clients. Please review the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. No Refund Policy

All bookings made on Astro Mehak are final and non-refundable, under all circumstances. This applies to all services provided including but not limited to:

 

a) Astrology readings

b) Tarot card readings

c) Akashic soul readings

d) Law of attraction

 

Once your session is scheduled and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, even in cases of non-attendance, late arrival, dissatisfaction with session content, or change of mind. We encourage clients to book mindfully and ensure their availability prior to confirming a session.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. As a one-time courtesy, we allow clients to reschedule up to two times under the following conditions:

 

a) You must provide at least 4 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

b) Rescheduling requests must be sent via email to astromehakofficial@gmail.com with your name and session details.

c) Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new date or time slot.

 

Rescheduling is not permitted if the request is made within 4 hours of the session. In such cases, the session is considered a no-show and will be forfeited without refund or additional rescheduling.

3. No-Show & Late Arrival

 

a) If you fail to attend your session at the confirmed time without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the booking will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

b) If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings. No extensions or adjustments will be made.

4. Session Disruptions

In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, internet outage, emergency), we will work with you to reschedule the session at no extra cost. We reserve the right to cancel or move your appointment in such instances with reasonable notice.

5. Refunds Due to Payment Errors

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical processing errors that occur during checkout via Razorpay, our trusted third-party payment gateway. To request such a refund, you must:

 

a) Notify us within 48 hours of the transaction

b) Provide valid proof of payment and a description of the issue

c) Contact us and Razorpay

 

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as per Razorpay’s processing timelines.

6. Modification of This Policy

Astro Mehak reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page each time you make a booking to ensure you understand the terms.
