Astro Mehak is a provider of digital, personalized astrology, tarot, and Akashic reading, Law of attraction services. As all our offerings are conducted online, there is no physical shipping involved. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your purchased service will be delivered following a successful booking.
1. Nature of Service Delivery
All services offered by Astro Mehak are strictly virtual in nature. This includes:
a) Live one-on-one sessions conducted via Google Meet or WhatsApp
b) Group sessions or daily to-dos conducted via WhatsApp Business batches
b) Digital communication through email orWhatsApp (where applicable)
c) Downloadable or viewable digital materials, such as written summaries, personalized insights, or follow-up guidance, only when explicitly included as part of the booked service
No physical products, printed reports, or tangible items are shipped. All materials are delivered digitally via email or accessible links, and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized redistribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
2. Booking Confirmation & Delivery Timeline
a) Upon successful payment via Razorpay, you will receive a booking confirmation email within a few minutes.
b) If the session is scheduled through a calendar tool, the Zoom/phone call link and session time will be included in the confirmation.
c) Services are delivered at the exact time and date chosen by you during booking or agreed upon over email.
d) All times are as per Indian Standard Time (IST), unless otherwise stated.

3. Method of Delivery
a) Live sessions: Delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp call. You will be provided with the appropriate link or call details before your scheduled session.
b) Written guidance (if applicable): Delivered via email in PDF or text format as per the service description and agreed turnaround time.
4. Technical Requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, clients are responsible for:
a) Having a stable internet connection for video/audio sessions
b) Logging in at the correct time using the provided link
c) Ensuring their device (phone/computer) supports the chosen delivery platform
We are not liable for service interruptions due to client-side technical issues, late arrivals, or no-shows.
5. Service Non-Delivery or Delay
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your session at the scheduled time due to a technical issue, power outage, or unavoidable emergency on our side:
a) We will notify you at the earliest
b) We will offer you the option to reschedule at no extra cost
Such occurrences are rare, but our priority will always be to honor your booking in a fair and timely manner.
6. No Physical Shipping
To reiterate: Astro Mehak does not ship any physical items. Any references to “delivery” on this website or in communication refer exclusively to digital service fulfillment.
